What is the typical timeframe for scheduling a meeting via meetmagic?

As you know, executives diaries fill up 3 months in advance, but because of a little bit of magic, we aim to get you booked in within 30 days The scheduling time frame revolves around the availability of our senior leaders. Once you've submitted your meeting request through our platform, our dedicated team springs into action. We'll secure a future date within twenty nine days of your request, ensuring you don't have to wait long to make meaningful connections happen. It's all about efficient and timely collaboration!
What if I encounter technical issues during a meeting?
In case of technical difficulties during a meeting, meetmagic offers support to help resolve any issues you may encounter.
You can reach out to our customer support team for assistance, and they will guide you through the troubleshooting process.
Can I reschedule or cancel a meeting?
After a meeting has been scheduled with a senior leader, a meeting credit will be deducted from your account.

Can more than one member of our team attend the meeting?
Yes, you can invite guests to join your scheduled meeting. We recommend no more than 2 members to each senior leader.
After the first meeting, do all meetings need to go through meetmagic?
