Once you've completed your profile, You can start getting matched with your ICP. When you're ready to connect, simply submit a meeting request. Our system seamlessly handles the rest. Your meeting is automatically scheduled into your calendar, normally within 24 hours It's that easy!
What is the typical timeframe for scheduling a meeting via meetmagic?
Time to feel like you are winning!
As you know, executives diaries can fill up 3 months in advance, but because of our magic community, a booking is usually set within 24 hours. Most meetings take place within 4 weeks.
What if I encounter technical issues during a meeting?
In case of technical difficulties during a meeting, meetmagic offers full concierge support to help resolve any issues you may encounter. You can reach out to your EA support team for assistance, and they will guide you through the troubleshooting process.
Can I reschedule or cancel a meeting?
After a meeting has been scheduled with a senior leader, a meeting credit will be deducted from your account.
If, for any reason, the senior leader cancels the meeting, fear not! You'll be re-credited accordingly. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide a seamless and accommodating experience for our members. It's all about putting you in control of your meetings!
Can we have more than one senior leader from the same company during the same meeting?
If the availability aligns, it's possible to have multiple senior leaders from the same company join a meeting.
We understand the value of diverse perspectives and collective expertise. However, please note that a meeting credit will be deducted from your account for each senior leader attending the meeting. This ensures a fair and rewarding experience for all participants. So get ready to unlock the potential of dynamic group discussions and tap into the collective wisdom of exceptional leaders!
Is it possible to request a meeting with a senior leader who is not currently on the platform?
Absolutely! If there's a senior leader you'd love to meet who isn't currently on our platform, no problem!
Share your wishlist with the meetmagic team, and we'll take care of the rest. We'll reach out to that individual and extend an invitation to join our vibrant community. Once they've signed up, you'll be notified, and you can quickly submit a meeting request through our platform. We’re all about making extraordinary connections happen!
Can more than one member of our team attend the meeting?
Yes, you can invite guests to join your scheduled meeting. We recommend no more than 2 members to each senior leader.
After the first meeting, do all meetings need to go through meetmagic?
Following the initial meeting facilitated by meetmagic, we encourage you to establish direct relationships with the senior leader for any future follow-up meetings.
How many people from my team can have access to the platform?
